We look forward to a time when every person in our church is able to take one step closer, everyday: one step closer to Christ, every day. As Faith Group leaders we know you do that in your groups week in and week out.

We also know that it doesn’t feel that way every time you meet as a group. Maybe its because you’re just a little bot more tired on one week, or the group is a little less focused, or the study just doesn’t seem to work. Don’t stress about those times!

It’s an oft repeated truth – it’s not the content of the meeting so much as it is the character of the people meeting that drives your group’s effectiveness in guiding people towards that one step.

So this week as you meet – forget finishing the questions and focus on starting to share your lives more.
