“One of the biggest challenges we face as small-group leaders is recognizing and recruiting potential apprentices.” I have personally seen the value of recruiting new leaders and also the difficulty of growing future leaders to help them impact others around them. In this article, the authors’ discuss several qualities a future leader can have and also helpful tips to aid an established leader in recruiting potential apprentices.
